After Alasdair died my mum - Alasdair’s sister Mora – mentioned the existence of an earlier recording from 1993 on a cassette tape that Alasdair sent in reply to one of her letters. In this excerpt Alasdair reads from the Climax of Lanark, which is clearly based on memories of spending time with his own son Andrew.
