Alasdair Gray reads excerpts from favourite books

In the last year of Alasdair’s life, Kat recorded her uncle reading from his own work and other favourite books as they sat together in Alasdair’s Glasgow home. Most of these informal and unrehearsed recordings were then shared as a series of 30 podcasts which are now on our YouTube channel and here in A Gray Space - although a few have been kept back because they feel too personal and emotional or the books are still in copyright.
